An additional mechanical extension with a fixed capacity of 100 kg, available as an option, allows to get a free overhang of up to 1930 mm.<\/p>\n<p>The rotation of the slewing ring, which can be locked every 30\u00b0, is done manually and is facilitated by the presence of bearings and two ergonomic handles located on the upper part of the ballast. Equipped with 2 fixed wheels and a wheel motor connected directly to the tiller for maximum manoeuvrability in tight spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Standard features: maintenance-free sealed AGM batteries, external battery charger, LED stack tower lights indicating correct crane operation and overload warning, emergency stop.<\/p>\n<p>The Flex G500SBR\u00a0<strong>counterbalanced mobile crane<\/strong>\u00a0also has a multifunctional display showing charge level, battery voltage and hours of operation.<\/p>\n<p>Lift, lower, extend and retract of the boom are electric controlled. All movements are adjustable by the operator through a wireless remote control.\u00a0<b>Speed\u00a0<\/b><b>\u200b\u200b<\/b><b>and proportionality are managed via the potentiometer on the remote control.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>It is a\u00a0<b>universal mobile crane<\/b>\u00a0with unlimited application possibilities. With the FLEX G500SBR\u00a0<b>mini crane<\/b>, thanks to its 270\u00b0 rotation and telescopic boom, components such as moulds, spare parts, semi-finished products and other loads can be placed on CNC machining centers, racks, assembly benches and any hard-to-access location.<\/p>\n<p><b>Safety features :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Dynamic load limiter<\/b>\u00a0that prevents overloading and potential accidents. It continuously monitors the load being lifted or handled and automatically limits the operation if the load exceeds the predetermined safe limit.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0<b>block valve<\/b>\u00a0is activated automatically in the event of a hydraulic hose rupture, preventing uncontrolled load descent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The tiller handle is equipped with a speed selector that allows the speed of the vehicle to be adapted to different operating requirements.
