The counterbalanced stainless steel crane 01M5AISI represents the most cost-effective and flexible solution for lifting and transporting loads up to 1102 lbs whereas a high resistance to corrosion is requested.
The cleanability of stainless steel makes it the first choice for applications in hospitals, industrial kitchens, food processing plants, pharmaceutical and biomedical companies, chemical industry, in the marine sector and in the aerospace industry.
The 01M5AISI mini crane is supplied as standard with a micro peening matt finish surface. The rotation system equipped with bearings allows precise and smooth 360° rotation, which facilitates precise positioning of the arm. This feature is particularly useful when repetitive movements are required or in tight spaces, where precision is essential. The following finishes are also available on request: electropolishing or mirror polishing.
Thanks to its compact dimensions the crane 01M5AISI offers a great maneuverability even at full load and can be moved effortlessly in confined spaces. All components are made in Italy to ensure the highest construction quality and the absence of defects.
The ball bearing slewing ring, fitted as standard on this stainless steel lifting solution, allows for smooth and precise 360° rotation, facilitating precise positioning of the boom. This feature is particularly useful when performing repetitive movements or in tight spaces, where precision is essential.
The crane 01M5AISI is equipped with al ever controlled fast and lightweight lift double action pump. The control descent knob makes it possible to adjust the descent speed.
The arm is extendable in 4 positions and an optional arm extension is available to get a maximum outreach of 50”.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a lock valve that prevents the load from falling in case of accidental breakage of the pipes and a rough valve that prevents overloading of the crane.
