Place of Data Processing
Processing operations related to the web services of this site take place at the registered office and are handled solely by personnel of the Office appointed for processing, or by any persons tasked with occasional maintenance operations. No data resulting from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for information materials are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested.

Types of Processed Data
Navigation data: the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: save for this possibility, web contact data currently do not persist for more than seven days. The legal basis for processing is the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller as provided for in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services upon request. The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
