The 01B2SER_400 counterbalanced swivel crane has been designed to be easy to use and safe. The ballast with ergonomic handles and the bearing slewing ring ensure smooth and effortless rotation. The 200 kg load capacity and 360° rotation make it a versatile and reliable tool for a wide range of applications.
Thanks to the push-button radio control equipped with a potentiometer, the 01B2SER_400 mini crane offers millimetric precision in the lifting, lowering and extension movements of the boom.
The 01B2SER_400 mini crane is equipped with an electric extension with a stroke of 400 mm and, with the addition of a mechanical extension available as an optional, it can reach a maximum overhang of 1312 mm.
The crane is equipped with four nylon wheels: two pivoting, equipped with bumpers and parking brake, and two fixed mounted on ball bearings. This configuration ensures exceptional stability and precise maneuverability even under heavy load conditions. The frame, made of painted steel for greater resistance to corrosion, is equipped with specific supports for lifting with a forklift, making it easy to move the crane in any working environment.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a lock valve that prevents the load from falling in case of accidental breakage of the pipes and a rough valve that prevents overloading of the crane.
It represents the most cost-effective and flexible solution for lifting and transporting loads in several applications such as machining centers and machine tools, delivery to assembly lines, assembly operations, goods handling. Thanks to its compact dimensions this counterbalanced crane is easily maneuverable even at full load and can be moved effortlessly in confined spaces.
