The electric mobile lifting crane ATLAS 1TE3R is a Full Electric crane that can reach a max lifting capacity of 1.000 kg.
The ATLAS1TE3R is equipped with a triple electric boom that reaches a free overhang of over 3 meters.
Lift, lower, extend and retract of the boom are electric controlled. All movements are adjustable by the operator through a wireless remote control. Speed and proportionality are managed via the potentiometer on the remote control.
One of the key features of this Pick & Carry crane is the ability to move even with the load hanging as it does not have stabilizers.
The ATLAS 1TE3R is the smallest motorized crane in its category (only 800 mm wide) and, thanks to its extreme maneuverability, offers maximum flexibility to operate in any condition, even in limited spaces. The exceptional steering angle and the ability to rotate on itself make it perfect for working in complex environments and limited spaces.
Standard features: maintenance-free sealed AGM batteries, external battery charger, LED stack tower lights indicating correct crane operation and overload warning, emergency stop. The ATLAS 1TE3R crane also has a multifunctional display showing charge level, battery voltage and hours of operation.
Safety features:
Dynamic load limiter that prevents overloading and potential accidents. It continuously monitors the load being lifted or handled and automatically limits the operation if the load exceeds the predetermined safe limit.
A block valve is activated automatically in the event of a hydraulic hose rupture, preventing uncontrolled load descent.
The tiller handle is equipped with a speed selector that allows the speed of the vehicle to be adapted to different operating requirements. Two positions are available:
ATLAS 1TE3R can be equipped with any type of lifting accessories for specific applications: lifting suction cups, lifting beams, clamps, tilters, permanent magnets, etc.
