The FLEX G1000DBL crane is a fully electric slewing crane that can lift loads of up to 1,000 kg.
This mobile lifting equipment is equipped as standard with a double electric extension that allows it to reach an overhang of 2400 mm and a steering motor wheel that allows the crane to be manoeuvred even in tight spaces.
The intuitive control system, based on levers, allows the operator to move the telescopic arm with extreme precision and fluidity. The speed of each movement of the arm is perfectly modulated, ensuring precise positioning of the load at any point within the range of action. The motorized rotation completes the versatility of this crane, making it ideal for lifting operations in tight spaces.
The Flex G1000DBL motorized crane is an all-in-one lifting solution that, thanks to its 220° rotation and telescopic arm, simplifies and optimizes all operations of loading and unloading of molds, equipment of CNC work centers, positioning of sheet metal on plasma cutting machines, maintenance and assembly of components on various types of machinery.
To ensure maximum maneuverability even in tight spaces, this electro-hydraulic crane can be equipped with an even more compact ballast, designed not to exceed the overall dimensions of the machine itself, regardless of the position of the boom.
The Flex G1000DBL electro-hydraulic crane is equipped with lever controls to activate the following functions with adjustable and proportional speed: lifting, lowering, extension, retraction and rotation of the arm.
Standard equipment: sealed and maintenance-free AGM batteries, external battery charger, LED indicator light indicating correct operation and possible overload warning, emergency stop button. The Flex G1000DBL crane is also equipped with a multifunction display that shows the charge level, battery voltage and operating hours.
Safety features:
Dynamic load limiter that prevents overloads and potential accidents. It constantly monitors the load being lifted or moved and automatically limits the operation if the load exceeds the pre-set safety limit.
A block valve is automatically activated in the event of a hydraulic system hose breakage, preventing the uncontrolled descent of the load.
A speed selector is located on the tiller arm, allowing the vehicle speed to be adapted to different operating needs.
