Description
The 01B5P model is a 360° swivel crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 500 kg. The rotation is smooth and precise thanks to the slewing ring equipped with bearings and can be locked every 30°.
The compact design, with a frontal footprint of just 980 mm, makes it particularly easy to maneuver in tight spaces. Movement is facilitated by two pivoting nylon wheels with brakes and two fixed nylon wheels, while the powder-coated steel frame guarantees strength and durability over time.
The crane has been designed so that it can be easily moved with a forklift and therefore used flexibly in various areas within a factory.
Multifunction display indicating charge level, battery voltage and operating hour meter.
Equipped with a precise control system, with electric ascent at constant speed and electric descent at adjustable speed via joystick. The millimetric descent guarantees extremely accurate load positioning.
For maximum safety of the operator and the load, the system is equipped with a valve that blocks the load in the event of a fault and a device that prevents the crane from being overloaded.
With 4 boom extension positions and 3 types of mechanical extensions, this crane can reach an overhang of up to 2050 mm, adapting to any type of load and workspace.
Powered by maintenance free AGM sealed battery, this crane can be also equipped with Lithium battery.
The high quality of all components completes a robust and practical design.
External battery charger and multifunction display thanks to which it is possible to view the battery level, battery voltage and operating hours.
